Born and raised in Illinois, Ms. All-Purpose prides herself in representing the south side of Chicago. She is also honored to say she is a product of the Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Park District. Ms. All-Purpose always had a love for radio and music as a young girl. At the age of sixteen she called a radio station for the morning birthday roll call which was played live on-air and where all her classmates could hear, from then on she was hooked!  She furthered her education by graduating respectively from Kennedy-King College and Southern Illinois University with degrees in Radio and Television broadcasting.  Ms. All-Purpose is also a graduate of Governor State University obtaining a Master’s in Communication and Training.

Misty’s first goal was to be on a radio station in Chicago which she accomplished from 2006 to 2013 as a correspondent on Power 92.3 FM Chicago. Her second goal was to have her own radio show in which she accomplished via BlogTalkRadio, live 365 and recently Urban Broadcast Media. Misty’s energetic, vivacious, outgoing, charismatic and no nonsense personality mixed with her knowledge on array of topics including, pop culture, politics, and disabilities is just one of the reasons her listeners love her so much! Not to mention she’s also very funny with a contagious laugh. Misty’s favorite part of her radio show is interviewing and getting to know her guest.

Looking forward Misty would like to host her own television talk show. She also looks forward to hosting a variety of shows., i.e. game shows, real estate shows and award shows just to name a few. As a moderator and speaker, she hopes to broaden and lengthen her reach and encourage people to live their dreams.  Her effervescent personality will leave a lasting impression for many generations to come.
